Led the comprehensive redesign of the Solv management dashboards, transforming a complex back-office system into a high-performance administrative suite. I architected an extensive ecosystem of over 200 screens focused on data density and operational efficiency, providing administrators with a centralized command center to oversee loan processing, credit lines, and system-wide financial analytics for the Kenyan market.
Technical Execution
System Architecture: Designed a scalable dashboard framework in Figma featuring a robust variable-based design system that supports native light and dark mode transitions.
UX for Data Density: Mapped complex fintech workflows for over 200 high-fidelity screens, streamlining credit approval pipelines, document verification, and user management modules.
Data Visualization: Developed high-density visual interfaces and interactive prototypes in Adobe XD to provide real-time insights into transaction monitoring and platform health for power users.
Creative & Asset Management: Utilized Photoshop and Illustrator to maintain a cohesive brand identity across professional administrative tools, managing the entire design lifecycle via Jira.
